At CiscoConsultancy.co.uk we provide a custom-designed Cisco Support Contract to meet the requirements of your business. Our Cisco Support contracts can be customised to include a number of different services: Hardware & Software Cisco Maintenance, Hardware Recommendations, Network Configuration, 3rd-Line Support, Troubleshooting, Change Management, and Consultation.

We offer three support packages, offering different levels of support depending on your needs. Please note that all our support contracts come with a minimum three month term. Sign up for a one year contract and get an additional two month’s support free of charge – 14 months for the price of 12. We have 3 off-the-shelf packages that most customers find suit their requirements:

Bronze Cisco Support Contract

  • 10 hours of Service Time per month
  • Priority SLA – 6 hour Response Time Guaranteed
  • Minimum contract length 3 months
  • Get 14 months for the price of 12 when you sign up for a 1 year contract
  • Asset Management and Documentation

Silver Cisco Support Contract

  • 20 hours of Service Time per month
  • Priority SLA – 4 hour Response Time Guaranteed
  • Minimum contract length 3 months
  • Get 14 months for the price of 12 when you sign up for a 1 year contract
  • Asset Management and Documentation

Gold Cisco Support Contract

  • 30 hours of Service Time per month
  • Priority SLA – 2 hour Response Time Guaranteed
  • Asset Management and Documentation
  • Minimum contract length 3 months
  • Get 14 months for the price of 12 when you sign up for a 1 year contract

Our support packages are flexible and have been designed as a guide for customers who may not already be aware of how much support they need. If you sign up for our bronze package and discover that you need more support, we are happy to upgrade you to a higher support package without any contract penalties. Q. Do you offer a 24/7 Support Service?
A. Yes. We can provide round the clock technical phone support, as well as onsite engineer support whenever you need it. This is in addition to our standard 9-5 working hours support service.

Q. Can you act as an escalation point for our in-house support team?
A. Yes, if you have an in-house team we can support them by providing 3rd line support and backup if they are pressed for time or need help on a technical issue. We can also provide long or short-term cover for members of your team who are absent on holiday, sick-leave, training, maternity etc.

Q. What are your guaranteed support times?
A. Our response times depend on how serious the issue is. If your system has gone down (P1), we guarantee to have someone working on your call within an hour. You can find a complete breakdown of our SLA and what is provided within our T&Cs. Each support package also comes with maximum guaranteed response times of 6 hours, 4 hours and 2 hours for Bronze, Silver and Gold respectively.

Q. Do you offer remote support?
A. When it is possible to do so, our engineers are happy to log in to your device via a secure connection to investigate the issue remotely. This saves time and frequently enables us to resolve issues quicker and more cheaply than if we sent an engineer to site for every issue.

Q. What about if we are having problems with a device but no issues can be detected?
A. If you are having problems with a device but we can’t identify the cause, then the issue may lie with other elements of your network. In this case we will need to broaden our search for the issue by analysing your other systems.
